Having a successful sales and marketing background in healthcare, Nancy transitioned naturally into the specialized search profession.  Her search career began in the recruiting world in 1993 and as a professional recruiter in 1996.  In 2001, while working with a Top 10 international management recruiting office, she won the Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) award for over 5 years of successful service and for successfully completing the rigorous exam pertaining to the search profession.  In 2002, she opened her own company, The Charis Group, LLC.  A vast array of client relationships, up-to-date marketplace studies, and key industry trade shows have all catalyzed her extensive knowledge base. nancys@thecharisgroupllc.com / 804-784-0987.

Jeff oversees the organization’s recruiting operations.  After award winning performance with Steris, one of the world's leading manufacturers of infection control products and more than 20 years in sales, he came to the organization in 2004.  Jeff and Nancy appraise candidate talent and together align the most capable candidates with each client. jeffs@thecharisgroupllc.com / 804-784-0985.

Lynn provides high caliber administrative support for the president, and coordinates training and the daily tasks of the other staff.  She has over 30 years of office experience and has spent 17 years in the recruiting industry.

Deisi assists candidates during the recruiting process, conducts research and performs other administrative duties.  A naturalized U.S. citizen from Columbia, she also serves as an interpreter when working with our Latin American clients.

Lisa coordinates internal and external projects and performs specialized research.  With accelerated computer skills and as a former business owner, she adds great cohesiveness within the organization.
