We screen our candidates with a comprehensive initial interview to gather information about their work background, experience, and goals. We are also interested in what is important to you. When you equip us with this information, we are better able to help fulfill your career expectations, and present you to our clients. Because of this method we rarely need to recommend more than three candidates for any client opening.
